We are longtime tour salespeople for Juneau excursions and provide personalized services. We can help plan multi-day itineraries in and around Juneau and Southeast Alaska. We are available to help with dinner reservations, shopping tips, transportation, airfare and lodging, and of course directions to all points in Juneau, all with that famous Alaskan Hospitality!
Terms & Conditions/ Cancellation Policy
If tours are cancelled by operator for any reason including weather and mechanical, you receive full refund. Also, if ship is late or misses port, we hvae you covered and will either re-schedule you or refund (your call).
Flights are fully refundable up to 8 days prior to tour. 4-7 days results in 50% refund. No refunds within 3 days. However, please let us know if you need to cancel, because if we can fill the seat, we will refund you minus 10% processing fee.
Whale boats require 15 days notice to cancel, although we also have the same policy of attempting to fill your space. Please understand that we don't want to disadvantage operators, and understand that thing happen.
