What happens if it rains?
We're in a rain forest and experience frequent, light rain that typically does not interfere with the safety or passenger enjoyment of the tours. We do, however, follow very strict weather guidelines and never fly in conditions that are unsafe or in any way compromise the integrity of the tour.

What is your cancellation policy?
We offer 100% refund for cancellations made up to 8 days prior to your tour date. Cancellations made during the final week receive an 80% refund. Cancellations on the day of tour are non-refundable. We highly recommend trip insurance
