- All reservations are reviewed and evaluated with reference to cruise ship schedules to insure a timely return to your ship.
- Each helicopter can seat up to six passengers, provided weight and balance.
- The dogsled camp accommodates 16 passengers per hour The typical load out for each team is 4 passengers (5 if some are children) per team of 10-12 Alaskan huskies with a double sled arrangement. You have the choice of standing or sitting and can try both.
- FAA regulations require that your hands are free when boarding the aircraft: Cameras/binoculars can be worn around neck or fit in your pockets: . Bags can be checked at base before boarding.
- To ensure the comfort of all travelers, passengers weighing 280 pounds (127 Kg) or more must pay an additional $150 for an extra space in the aircraft.
- You will be supplied with glacier boots that go over your shoes.
- The Glacier is typically 10 degrees cooler than downtown; Dress warmly and comfortably in layers.
- Bring your sunglasses and cameras!

Certain flights can be upgraded to add in a bonus glacier landing (dogsled camp is on the snow above the icy glaciers, so this is a chance to also land on the glacier ice).
Only one aircraft per departure can do the upgrade, so the maximum number of people who can do that is 6 per tour time.

Add on a whale watch for $150 plus tax per person or get a private boat for up to six passengers for $950for the whole boat (2.5 hours on water). We can connect the two tours so you go from heliport to marina or vice versa. That saves you over an hour of ground transport and we handle all the details.
